Once a transaction has been made, it cannot be undone. Before each transaction, the AXIA app will prompt you to confirm the recipient's wallet address to reduce the chance of error. If you do send tokens to an incorrect wallet address, we recommend that you reach out to the recipient to resolve the matter via AXIA Chat, or contact technical support to verify if those tokens were in fact received by another party. If the address you sent the tokens to does not exist, the tokens will remain present in your balance as the transaction would not be processed.
